Vintage SPOT Spin-a-Treat Pet Cat Dog Interactive Toy #3214 Ethnical Products Inc.
This Vintage SPOT Spin-a-Treat Pet Cat Dog Interactive Toy #3214 Ethnical Products was preowned and used. It is clean, works, and in good condition.  There's very few places on the toy that have small chips of paint gone due to storage.  Not in original box.
The interactive toy measures 9" in diameter and is a 2 piece disc.  The top portion is red and the bottom is blue and is held together in the middle by a  screw.  The bottom has 9 - 2" in diameter cavities (holes) that are each 1" deep.  The top red portion covers the 9 cavities (holes).  When spun the top portion goes over the 9 cavities (holes) .  You put treats in a hole and spin away!
The original label is still intact on the top red portion of the toy.  It has a picture of a cat and dog .  The emblem of "SPOT", the words "Spin-a-Treat", "For the THINKING Cat & Dog!  Pour le chien ou le chat qui PENSE!"
The bottom of the interactive toy has a label in the center of the disc.  The instructions are in both English and Spanish.
Instructions:  
1.  Place a small quantity of treats, catnip or food in the cavities.2.  Turn dial so 1 or 2 of the holes is partially exposed and place Spin-a-Treat on floor.;3.  Watch your pet try to figure out how to get to the treats!
