Vilac France Wooden Pull Dog Toby Toy

Made in France Vilac Toby wooden pull toy dog. Painted white with black spots. Has red wheels and a red collar with Toby painted in gold. A red cord with a bell is attached to the collar. Spring neck and tail. It is about 13-1/2" from nose to tail and about 4" tall. Has original tag attached. Overall very good condition; a few spots of paint wear.
